We appreciate that these are extraordinary times, and want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to work with our guests to make things as easy as possible.
You should make sure you read the relevant current government guidance (both in relation to where you live and where you are travelling to) at the time of the start of your booking, and also leading up to your departure, to ensure you are able to travel and allowed to stay in the property. If you have any concerns that the rules will not allow you to travel or stay in the property as planned, please contact us.
If you have already made a booking with us and due to a change in rules your chosen cottage is now legally unavailable, we will contact you via email. You do not need to contact us until this has happened.
In the event of your booking not being able to go ahead, there will be a number of options available to you:
1: Defer your booking to a later date
If a legal restriction means you cannot travel or there is guidance in place that you should not travel, you will be able to defer your booking to a later date, subject to any additional charges for the chosen dates being payable by you.
2: Take a voucher for the amount you have already paid
You can choose to take a voucher for the full amount you have paid. If you wish to do this, please contact us. Vouchers will be valid for a period of 12 months from the original start date of your holiday.
3: Cancel your booking and receive a full refund
If a legal restriction means you cannot travel and you do not wish to, or are not able to, defer your booking to a later date, you will be able to cancel your booking and receive a refund for the full amount you have paid. Please contact us by email and we can arrange this for you.
