At Farndale Estate Holiday Cottages, we truly value our returning guests, and we’re delighted to introduce our new Loyalty Rewards Club. Each time you stay with us you’ll be rewarded with loyalty points which will be converted into vouchers to use against future stays.

 > Extra welcome treats when you reach milestone stays

 

Reward Levels

Bronze (Stays 1 & 2)

Earn 4 points for every £100 spent

Silver (Stays 3 & 4)     

Earn 5 points for every £100 spent

Gold (Stays 5, 6 & 7)

Earn 7 points for every £100 spent

Platinum (Stays 8+)

Earn 10 points for every £100 spent

Each point is worth £1, and after your stay you will receive a voucher that is valid for 12 months.

For example, if your first booking with us is for £1200, you will become a Bronze member and you will earn 48 points, which equates to a voucher worth £48 to use on your next stay.

 

How to join

To join the rewards club simply sign up to receive emails from Farndale Cottages by completing the form below, and then after your first booking you will receive points that will be converted into a voucher. Please remember that all bookings must be made directly with us, and not through a booking intermediary in order to qualify.

Terms and Conditions

1. By signing up to the club you will be added to the mailing list to receive marketing emails from Farndale Estate Holiday Cottages. Membership of the Loyalty Rewards Club requires a valid email address and consent to receive loyalty scheme communications. If you unsubscribe from these communications, you may be unable to receive loyalty vouchers and other scheme benefits.
2. Rewards and discounts are only valid for bookings made directly with Farndale Estate Holiday Cottages, via our website, by telephone, by email or in person.
3. Discounts will be applied to the balance payment.
4. Loyalty vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue, and cannot be redeemed for Christmas stays (19th December 2026 to 3rd January 2027).
5. Loyalty discount vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
6. Points will be accrued on new bookings only, placed on or after 5th June 2026 (cannot be applied retrospectively).
7. Farndale Estate Holiday Cottages reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the loyalty rewards scheme at any time.
8. Loyalty status and points are calculated using Farndale Estate Holiday Cottages’ booking records. In the event of any discrepancy, our booking records shall be final.
9. Bookings placed prior to 1st January 2022 will not qualify towards loyalty tier.
10. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Welcome Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Sign up to the Loyalty Rewards Club between 5th and 30th June 2026 to receive a £50 voucher for Farndale Cottages.
2. Voucher valid for bookings made by 30th June 2026 for stays until 19th December 2027. Excludes Christmas stays (19th December 2026 to 3rd January 2027).
3. Voucher valid for new bookings only, cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
4. Only one voucher can be redeemed per booking and vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
