The Coach House sleeps 2 and is a lavishly spacious cottage for a couple wishing to relax in a rural setting. The living room is lovely and light thanks to big glazed barn doors to gaze out across the farmyard to the North York Moors beyond, or couples can cosy up in front of the flat screen TV. Just off the lounge is the large contemporary kitchen, with restored flagstone floors warmed by under floor heating, timber beamed ceiling and all mod cons including eye level double oven and electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer and children’s crockery. A high chair is among the baby equipment available.

Upstairs, the big bedroom, with smooth wood flooring, has a king size bed, a flat screen TV and plenty of space for a cot – which can be provided. The huge en-suite has a free-standing roll top bath, his-and-hers washbasins, WC and a large walk-in shower.

Outside

The enclosed South West facing lawned garden is at the rear of the property and has a paved area with picnic bench and two recliner chairs.

Cots and high chairs available upon request

Please note: Maximum of two medium sized, well behaved, quiet dogs welcomed in this cottage. Pets must not be left unattended in the cottage unless they are happy to be caged (cage not provided) and are not likely to bark. We request that they are not allowed in bedrooms or on the furniture and that you pay an additional charge of £25 per dog.
